Return & Refund Policy – La Fabrila

At La Fabrila, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following terms and conditions.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The item must be in resellable condition

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of:

  • Wear or usage

  • Washing or alteration

  • Damage caused by the customer

  • Missing tags or packaging


Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To ensure fair resolution of return or damage claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the courier package

  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label

  • Record the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits

  • Clearly show the product condition

If a valid unboxing video is not provided, the return or replacement request will not be accepted.


Sale Product Policy

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers (including Buy One Get One Free) are not eligible for return.

Exchanges will only be allowed if the requested size or color is available.

If the requested size or color is not available, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.


Return Quantity Limit

La Fabrila allows returns for up to 2 shirts per order.

If you wish to return more than 2 shirts, you must self-ship the parcel to our warehouse, and courier charges will not be reimbursed.

For returns exceeding 2 shirts, refunds will not be provided. Instead, a store credit coupon will be issued for future purchases.


Return Shipping & Restocking Charges

A ₹200 return processing fee per order will be deducted from the refund amount.

This charge covers shipping, handling, and restocking costs.

Example:
If your order value is ₹999, the refund amount after deduction will be ₹799.

If Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email lafabrila@gmail.com

  2. Share the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Complete unboxing video

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

If the request is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged for select pin codes.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you must self-ship the parcel to our warehouse.


Return Shipment Rules

If you self-ship the product:

  • The parcel must be dispatched within 3 days after raising the return request

  • Customers must keep the courier receipt as proof of return

If the parcel is not shipped within 3 days, a refund will not be processed. Instead, a store credit may be issued.


Refund Process

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected:

  • Refunds for online payments will be processed within 7–8 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide:

  • Bank Account Number

  • Bank Name

  • IFSC Code

or

  • UPI ID

Refunds will be processed via NEFT, IMPS, or UPI within 7–8 business days after verification.


Product Packaging Requirements

Returned items must include all original packaging, such as:

  • BOPP bags

  • Brand tags

  • Original boxes or tamper-proof packaging

If tags are removed or packaging is missing, the return or exchange will not be accepted.

Items returned in damaged, altered, or non-original condition may be sent back to the customer without refund or exchange.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, and a valid unboxing video is provided, no return fee will be charged.


Final Approval Rights

La Fabrila reserves the full right to approve or reject any return request after reviewing the claim and provided evidence.

If the request does not meet our policy conditions, the return or refund request may be rejected.

All decisions made by La Fabrila regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges will be final.
