1. General Terms

  • By accessing and purchasing from La Fabrila, you accept these Terms of Service and agree to abide by them.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change any part of these terms without prior notice.

2. Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Discounts and promotions are available for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is placed, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

  • Payments must be completed at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery, where available).

  • La Fabrila reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 4-10 business days depending on the location.

  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.) are not our responsibility.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. La Fabrila is not liable for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • An unpacking video must be shared at lafabrila@gmail.com for return approval.

  • We allow returns for up to 2 shirts per order. For more than 2 shirts, self-shipping is required, and refunds will be provided in store credit only.

  • A ₹200 deduction per order will be applied to cover shipping & restocking charges.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for online payments will be credited within 7-8 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.

  • For COD orders, customers must provide bank details or UPI ID for refunds.

  • Refunds will only be initiated after successful return verification.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of La Fabrila.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during purchases.

  • Any misuse of the website, including fraudulent transactions or order abuse, will result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • La Fabrila is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat
