  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on select orders (subject to promotional offers).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our courier partner's website.


5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • La Fabrila is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient's unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at lafabrila@gmail.com with your order details.

  • In rare cases, if an order is lost in transit, we will either offer a replacement or process a refund after verification.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within India.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.

  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.


9. Courier Partners

  • We use reliable courier services for shipping, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.

  • The assigned courier partner will depend on your location.
